Registration to the Web-symposium should give access to:

 - the Biometals2020 Symposium sessions by link on 5 days

 - the visualization of oral and flash presentations on a secure cloud (but not record)

 - the booklet with all the abstracts

 - the listing of all participants

 - Access to thematic friendly discussions in virtual rooms

 - A certificate of attendance to the virtual Biometals2020 International Conference

Web-symposium registration (until July 3rd)

Full rate: 50 €

Student rate: 25 €

Member rate (IBS and IMBG): 25€

Abstract submission for 5 min-flash presentation during the Web-symposium is possible until June 6th 2020.

Early bird registration (until March 31^st , 2020):

Full rate: 450 €

Member rate (IBS and IMBG):400 €

Accommodation

Full rate (Hotel de Paris):  480 €

Double room rate (Hotel de Paris):  260 €

Student (Résidence vacancéole):  200 € 

For IMBG members only: one-day by one day attendance (without accommodation and without dinner, but with lunch and pauses included): 60 €/day

Gala diner: 50 €

Late registration (until May 29^th , 2020):

Full rate: 550 €

Student: 450 €

Accompanying person: 320 €, on the basis of a shared double room.

Deadline for payment: June 1^st , 2020

Cancellation:

Until May 15^th, 2020: Fees are refundable (minus a 25 € handling charge)

June 1^st, 2020: Fees are 50% refundable

After June 15^th, 2020: There will be no possible refund
