News related to the coronavirus epidemic

Dear future participants,

We are still optimistic for the Biometals2020 symposium in July 2020! 

Nevertheless, we understand that it seems unsafe for you to register now considering the uncertainty and we decide to adapt the registration conditions and deadlines:

- you can preregister and deposit your abstract without paying anything now

- Until May 15th, 2020: registration and accommodation fees and gala dinner will be fully refundable (without any charge)

 - the deadline for abstract for oral communication is postpone to April 1st 2020

- the deadline for early registration is postpone to April 15th 2020

 

 So, scientists can still pre-register/register if they want to have a chance to attend to Biometals2020 symposium in France.

If the coronavirus epidemic is gone, it will be a nice way to travel and exchange again!

 

 

 

We invite you to join us at The 12th International BioMetals Symposium 2020 that will be held in Villard-de-Lans, a village located near Grenoble, in the beautiful surroundings of the Alpes (France), from  5th to 9th July, 2020.

You are invited to submit abstracts for oral communications or posters, and contribute to stimulating scientific exchanges within the BioMetals community. Many slots are dedicated to oral communications that will be selected based on the abstractsby the organizing committee.

 

 

 

Deadline for oral communication:  March 15th, 2020

Deadline for poster: May 15th, 2020

 

Travel Fellowships:

If you are a student, apply for a 350 euros fellowship to cover travel and accommodation. Only few fellowships will be available and a selection will be done. Send your CV and a motivation letter to BioMetals2020@gmail.com and submit an abstract via the BioMetals 2020 WEB site before March 15th 2020
